We may not be able to control the world around us, but we can control how we feel inside. Today I’m sharing a daily guide to help you achieve the ultimate 2 week glow up. This guide will help you make small, achievable changes that can upgrade your life for the better in a short amount of time.
Whether it’s the end of a year, the start of a new one, your birthday, or a big milestone event… It’s always the ideal time to get it together and have a full-on health and lifestyle upgrade that will leave you feeling like that girl.
Join me for the next 2 weeks as we take on small daily tasks to help finish off the year with a clear mind, healthy body, and overall refreshed outlook on life. (ps- this also works for any given season, in case you’re catching this post at a later date)
Along with the daily tasks, I recommend grabbing a fresh journal (lately, I’ve been loving my digital journal, but if you prefer a physical one, this is one of my favorites) and using it to write gratitude lists, brain dumps, record ideas and inspiration that may come up, and use it to log your overall mood throughout the entire 2 week process. Keep this near your bed so it’s the first and last thing you notice when waking up and going to bed.
DAY 1
- walk for 30 minutes
- light a candle
- have a cup of tea
- organize a drawer
- write out your “perfect day”
DAY 2
- jog for 20 minutes
- do a face mask
- unplug for 30 minutes
- call a friend
- do something creative
DAY 3
- drink a gallon of water
- fix something that’s broken
- delete unused apps
- spend 30 minutes in nature
- list 5 things you love about yourself
DAY 4
- 25 squats + 25 jumping jacks (x2)
- de-clutter makeup
- cook dinner
- manicure
- start a new book
DAY 5
- walk for 20 minutes
- make a smoothie
- treat yourself to a gift
- unplug for 1 hour
- find 3 new affirmations
DAY 6
- 30 minutes of yoga
- make plans with a friend
- de-clutter closet
- take a bath
- list 5 things you are grateful for
DAY 7
- sleep in an extra 20 minutes
- guided meditation
- try a new recipe
- pedicure
- play a boardgame
DAY 8
- 50 jumping jacks
- set a new goal
- call a loved one
- eat dessert
- watch your favorite movie
DAY 9
- jog for 20 minutes
- have a cup of green tea
- buy fresh flowers
- de-clutter kitchen pantry
- write a letter to your past self
DAY 10
- 25 lunges + 25 jumping jacks (x2)
- look for outfit inspo
- spend 30 minutes outdoors
- listen to a new podcast
- list a few things you’re passionate about
DAY 11
- walk for 30 minutes
- sage house/room
- unplug for 1 hour
- learn a new quick skill
- take an extra long shower
DAY 12
- drink a gallon of water
- exfoliate from head to toe
- take yourself on a coffee date
- make a new music playlist
- brain dump (write in flow for 15 minutes)
DAY 13
- 50 jumping jacks
- write down 10 positive affirmations
- have a green smoothie
- start a puzzle
- 20 minute stretch before bed
DAY 14
- walk for 20 minutes
- check in on a friend
- do something creative
- watch the sunset
- make a list of healthy habits to start implementing moving forward
